  2. Combine all dough ingredients
  3. Knead by hand or mixer till smooth and elastic
  4. Cover and allow to rise for 30 mins ...
  5. or till doubled in size
  6. Press down on the dough to deflate the air
  7. Transfer into an oiled bowl, cover and allow to rise again for a 2nd time (Don't miss this step, it makes the pizza base really soft)
  8. It'll rise faster this time, once done,
  9. Turn dough onto a flowered surface and shape...
  10. In baking trays
  11. Spread with pizza sauce or anything you fancy! I used Poi Poi sauce for a really nice African taste on one of my pizza's.
  12. The other had regular marinara (pizza sauce)
  13. Add your toppings, here I used mozzarella, cheddar cheese, chicken franks and spring onions
  14. Transfer into a pre heated oven. (My oven was on maximum​ for this). If you make two at a time like me, rotate the pans after about 5 mins and give an extra 2-3 mins cooking time
  15. In 10 mins you have 🍕! OMG!
  16. The @poipoisauce Pizza was amazeballs!!!! Very spicy and very delicious.
