This pancake wrap recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. The sweetness of the pancakes complements the savory filling and gives it that perfect balance that can be enjoyed at any time or the day but best served as brunch for that really posh feeling!

If you like pancakes and you like wraps, this recipe is for you.

You can use store bought pancake mix or make your own. It works just as well.

Instructions
  1. Prepare pancake mix according to box instructions
  2. Dilute with water to get a thinner consistency like heavy cream
  3. Oil a non stick pan
  4. Spread pancake batter in the pan BEFORE placing on your cooker. If you pour in a heated pan, it'll start cooking before you get a chance to spread it properly
  5. Place on medium heat and allow to fry for 2 mins
  6. Flip and cook on the other side for about a minute and take off the heat
  7. Assemble ingredients
  8. Add veggies and chicken to a corner of your wrap and drizzle with your dressing. Do not overfill or you won' be able to close the wrap properly
  9. Fold the sides and roll into a burrito shape
  10. Serve and enjoy brunch!
